Plenty of bathrooms and PLENTY of space. VERY beautiful home. I will stay here again!

This was a great house. The lake is steps away with a great boat deck. We loved it. Plenty of room for 16 people. Beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and decorations. Fully stocked with everything that you need. Our family had a great reunion there.

Lovely property, extremely clean with nice view of the lake. Beautiful kitchen. Great for cooking a big meal as we did for Thanksgiving. Hot tub was enjoyable and technology worked without any problems. Apple TV with Netflix for the kids was nice. Really comfortable mattresses even on the bunk beds. Only thing to be careful of is a beautiful but low hanging chandelier in living room that is dangerous for taller people. Three of the guys hit their heads. Deck had cushioned furniture that made it relaxing to sit outside. Loved the upper deck above the boathouse to view the lake and hills.

We loved our weekend! The house is clean and beautiful. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and eating in, and the outside area is perfect for relaxing with friends! We'd go back in a heartbeat!

We had a big group of 7 couples getting together for a cousin reunion and this place was perfect. There’s plenty of room, lots of seating indoor and out. Had all the essentials needed for cooking and everything else. The best part of course was the view and the outside deck complete with hammock, table and lots of chairs. We pretty much spent all day out there and it was very peaceful at night as well. Would love to stay here again in the future!

We had 15 girls stay at this home it is was very nice. Well appointed with comfortable furniture, plenty of places to relax. The deck was nice to sunbathe and watch the clouds go by. I would recommend this to others! Our girls loved the ambiance, antiques and layout.

Beautiful and expansive and looked exactly like the photos. Rooms and closet space were substantial and our group of nineteen had plenty of room to spread out and for alone time. Beds were ultra comfortable and bedding was sublime whether you were stationed in the bunk room, on a king size or on a pull out. Several of our party remarked how the pull out on the bottom level was one of the most comfortable they had ever slept on. We didn't try either of the pull-out's on the main level. Home is uniquely and wonderfully decorated with lots of special touches throughout from concrete counter tops and wood floors to a HUGE pecan tree wrapped with white twinkle lites situated out back. The deck above the boat slip was oversized and fully appointed with numerous cozy seating arrangements from hammocks, lounge chairs and colorful Aderondaks. We had some trouble getting the padlock open on the hot tub; but, a call to Roxanna quickly remedied the situation. Initially, I was concerned that the upper and lower levels being accessible only thru an outside door would be problematic - but it was truly a non-issue for our party - even though the weather did not cooperate and it was pouring most of the second day of our trip. The only issue we had (and it was minor) was that there was not much freezer space available in either of the two LARGE refrigerators in the home. The owners of the house had taken up some of the real estate with their own items - mostly fresh catch from what appeared a previous fishing outing. We would definitely come back!

This was a great home for our large family to share on vacation. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There is plenty of indoor room for fun and games and a nice lawn. We also rented the boat and enjoyed water activities. It a great place to play, relax and enjoy family!

Very nice property. Suited our large group well. Parking was a challenge but doable.

The house worked really well for our large group. We had teenagers, preschoolers, parents, and grandparents, and it worked well for all of us. The water was amazing! It was so warm. We rented the boat, and Jim was very helpful getting us oriented and then arranging to use a different boat when the first boy needed a minor repair. Loved this house!

This is a well managed, up to date property in an excellent location.

First of all, our family can't recommend this house any higher than a five but we would if we could. Families, multiple couples, ladies weekends, this house is for you all. Decorated very tastefully, my daughter, daughters-in-law and wife all loved the décor, something about HGTV'ish, sorry, I'm a guy,I don't know what that means. Plenty of room for our gang, and the kids loved the water. P.S. rent the boat...if you don't bring your own! If you're going to rent LBJ with a big group, this is the place.

Our family and friends had the most amazing time at the house. It had everything we needed and more. The theater room, bunk rooms, deck area, all of it was just perfect!
